Be it Google Drive or iCloud or Dropbox, they all are way too expensive in terms of price with limited features and Plans. Niti Aayog, a policy think tank of the Government of India, launched the most affordable Cloud storage for India under Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Digiboxx.
DigiBoxx, an Indian data storage and management system, was launched on 23rd December 2020 by NITI Aayog to promote Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
It is indigenous digital asset storage and management platform that has been originally planned for an August 15 launch. It comes with affordable pricing for users and contains different strategies for business users as well.
The DigiBoxx team said at the launch that all information will be stored within India and the support is available on Web and Android. Digiboxx will be available on the iPhone very soon.

Digiboxx launched
The DigiBoxx cloud storage support has been launched by NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant who worked with the DigiBoxx team to generate the native cloud service potential.
According to the app description, DigiBoxx boasts of link encryption with documents being encrypted in a database level and asserts all data is stored inside the nation.

Digiboxx Features
Digiboxx allows users to share files with an email ID and mobile number. DigiBoxx can be obtained on the group claims that an iOS version will soon be available in the coming days. The service can be found on its official site, and a desktop app is in the works too.
A few of these features include on-demand, real-time access and editing, the ability to apply metadata for simple search, support for a number of formats and dimensions, and organizing assets with labels, sections, and filters. It also allows users to share heavy files together with InstaShare.
Plans and Pricing
DigiBoxx is available in monthly and yearly plans starting as low as Rs. 30 a month. For individuals, there is a totally free account also that comes with 20GB storage, a 2GB maximum file size, Gmail integration, and unlimited external collaborations.
The Rs. 30 per month plan calls for up to 5TB of storage and 10GB max file size. For SMBs, the Rs. 999 plan includes up to 50TB storage with 10GB max file size and is meant for up to 500 users.
How to Use the most affordable Indian Cloud service – Digiboxx?
To use DigiBoxx, users will need to create a free or a paid account on the site or Android app. They will be asked to enter a name for your Digispace and then discuss credentials including email address, phone number, residence address business, among other things.
You can save your personal files using the app or the site, then access them from any location.
For sharing files through InstaShare, head to the website and enter the receiver’s email address, your email address, and your contact number. You may drag and drop files onto the webpage or click on the’+’ icon.
You will have to enter an OTP, which can be quite slow at this time and requires multiple attempts. With InstaShare, you’ll be able to send files up to 2GB and all these files will remain on DigiBoxx for 45 days.
